Please contact us via the contact page form to start a return or exchange. Once we confirm whether your order is eligible, we will contact you with the shipping address. Returns must be handled in a timely manner, active tracking information must be provided to us within 5 business days, after that timeframe we will no longer accept the return. Parts must be shipped back in the original packaging, if the packaging is different you may be charged an additional fee (typically $15-20 to replace it as many of our boxes are custom made). Once we receive your order back, the contents will be thoroughly inspected before a refund or exchange is issued. Upon approval, we will issue a refund or exchange which may take 2-4 business days to process, this is dependent on your bank/alternate payment method. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that if the contents of the order are modified in any way (this includes installation, drilling, application of adhesive materials, dings or scratches, etc...) we will not accept your return under any circumstances. Please test fit your parts prior to installation; if you foresee any issues during installation contact us prior to modifying the part. We highly recommend insuring your return package. Unfortunately if your package is lost or damaged during shipment, we cannot be held liable. A 25% restocking fee depending will be applied to any refund for a non-defective item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer; regardless of the reason for the return. When you buy through our website you must agree to our terms of service, which includes our return and exchanges policy. Defective and Damaged ItemsIf your item is found to be defective or damaged please send us an email with detailed photos of the issue/damage. All of our carbon fiber products are covered if they are defective; however, some performance and cosmetic parts may or may not be eligible depending on the manufacturers return policy. We do not offer a warranty on any of the parts we sell, any warranty must be claimed through the manufacturer. Please test fit your items before modifying them in any significant way (sanding, drilling, application of adhesive, etc...) and consult us if you have any questions or concerns about installation. Once any part has been modified/installed they are ineligible for refund or exchange under any circumstances. If your part has been damaged, do not throw away the package or any packing materials. If you would like to inquire about the return policy of a specific product please feel free to reach out to us at any time. Additionally, we fully insure every order we ship; if your item is found to have been damaged in transit we will open a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note is that the amount paid to repair damage from shipping is solely up to the discretion of the shipping carrier, we cannot be held liable for damage while in transit. Before purchasing anything from our site you must agree to these policies.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

In most cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, all shipping will be deducted from your refund depending on the item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We highly recommend insuring your package when you return your item. Unfortunately we cannot be held liable if the shipping provider further damages or loses the order in transit.
